Organic rosemary honey

Rosemary honey has a very light hue. Its aroma is not very intense and of medium persistence, as well as its subtle floral touch with hints of camphor and new wax. Its flavor is simply sweet, nothing more, although this simplicity makes it an exquisite honey. Sometimes it has a certain creamy texture which makes it a unique honey.

This honey is harvested in the province of Castellon in the limestone areas of the center and SE of the Iberian Peninsula in early spring.
