White chocolate ensaimada

The classic ensaimada is spread with white chocolate. Children, and not so children who like a good dose of sugar, love this flavor.

Sweet dough, fermented and cooked, made from sourdough and lard, filled with white chocolate.

INGREDIENTS :

WHEAT flour, lard (pure pork, hardener (E-471), antioxidant (E-306)), white chocolate (20%), EGG, sugar, yeast and bread improver (anti-caking agent (E-170), WHEAT flour, emulsifier (E-472e), SOY flour, ascorbic acid and enzymes). May contain traces of: nuts, milk, sulphites and fish.
