Sopa de ajo castellana

Ingredients : (for 4 people)
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • Bread 600 gr.
  • 2 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 2 fresh chorizos
  • Iberian ham 150 gr.
  • 1 liter of meat caldo
  • 4 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

  • Total time 30 mins.
  • Elaboration: 5 min.
  • Cooking: 25 mins.
  1. In a saucepan, fry the slices of bread with olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Remove the slices of bread.
  3. In the same pan, fry the crumbled chorizo ​​with the Iberian ham.
  4. Remove the pan from the fire.
  5. Cut the garlic into thin strips, cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Add to the pan with the garlic, two spoons of sweet paprika with the caldo of meat.
  7. Add the bread, chorizo ​​and ham.
  8. Heat the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes.
  9. Add the 4 eggs.
  10. Allow 2 minutes more cooking time.
