Mixed salad (Ensalada mixta)

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 1 lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 white onion
  • Canned tuna in olive oil 100 gr.
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 12 olives
  • Olive oil
  • sweet vinegar
  • Salt pepper
    1. Use a large, non-hollow serving dish.
    2. Arrange the lettuce leaves, carefully washed and drained, then the tomatoes and the eggs cut into quarters and the onion cut into fine models.
    3. Add the coarsely crumbled tuna and the olives.
    4. Season before serving. The mixed salad must be generously salted and oiled.
    5. Do not mix the ingredients. The seasoning must be done directly on the serving dish.
    6. Cut the cod into pieces and brown it in a stewpot with a little olive oil.
