Peras al vino tinto
Ingredients for 4 persons)
- 4 large pears cup of flour
- 5 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 liter of red wine (Spanish preferably)
- 1 stick of cinnamon
Difficulty : Easy
- Total time : 40 min.
- Cooking: 30 min,
- Preparation 10 min.
- Peel the pears and place them in a saucepan, tail side up.
- Pour in the red wine, then add the sugar, cinnamon stick and lemon zest.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for half an hour.
- Remove the pears and place them in a slightly hollow dish.
- Drizzle them with the wine syrup (taking care to remove the lemon zest and cinnamon stick).
- Serve as fresh.
