Peras al vino tinto
Ingredients for 4 persons)
  • 4 large pears cup of flour
  • 5 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 liter of red wine (Spanish preferably)
  • 1 stick of cinnamon

Difficulty : Easy

  • Total time : 40 min.
  • Cooking: 30 min,
  • Preparation 10 min.
  1. Peel the pears and place them in a saucepan, tail side up.
  2. Pour in the red wine, then add the sugar, cinnamon stick and lemon zest.
  3. Bring to the boil and simmer for half an hour.
  4. Remove the pears and place them in a slightly hollow dish.
  5. Drizzle them with the wine syrup (taking care to remove the lemon zest and cinnamon stick).
  6. Serve as fresh.
