Patatas Bravas
Ingredients : (for 4 people)
- Potatoes 400 g.
- Onions 130 gr.
- 1/2 spoon of sweet pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper
- 2 spoonfuls of flour
- Caldo of chicken 500 ml
- Olive oil for frying potatoes
Difficulty : Easy
- Total time 30 mins.
- Elaboration 10 min.
- Cooking 20 mins
For the sauce:
- Cut the onions into small pieces.
- Add the onions to a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil over low heat.
- Add the spoonfuls of peppers as soon as the onion takes on color.
- Add the flour and stir for a minute.
- Gradually pour in the broth and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and grind with a blender.
For the potatoes:
- Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.
- Pour plenty of olive oil into a frying pan and fry over medium heat.
- Remove from the heat as soon as they are golden brown.
- Present on a plate with a pinch of salt and parsley.
- Place the sauce aside.
