Pan con tomato

Ingredients : (for 4 people)
  • Bread 300 gr.
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 juicy tomatoes
  • salt

Difficulty : Easy

  • Total time : 10 mins.
  • Elaboration 10 min.

  1. Cut pieces of bread into slices.
  2. Cut the tomatoes and garlic cloves in half.
  3. Rub the garlic clove on the bread, then rub the tomato.
  4. Add a drizzle of olive oil and a little salt

Tip: Take very juicy tomatoes to succeed.
