Ingredients : (for 4 people)
  • Potatoes 700 gr.
  • Onions 300 gr.
  • Eggs 6
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Difficulty : Medium

  • Total time 45 mins.
  • Preparation 30 mins.
  • Cooking 15 mins.
  1. Caramelize the onions in a skillet over low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin rounds of the same size and leave to stand in a bowl with water for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat the eggs and set aside for now.
  4. Pour plenty of olive oil into a pan
  5. Add the potatoes to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Take the potatoes off the heat and drain them.
  7. Mix in a bowl, onions, potatoes and eggs.
  8. Pour the mixture into a pan with a spoonful of olive oil.
  9. Cook for 3 minutes.
  10. Turn the omelette in the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Tip: To turn the tortilla, use a large plate.
