Ensaladilla rusa

Ingredients : (for 4 people)
  • 1 potato
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can of canned tuna
  • Peas 30 gr.
  • 2 carrots
  • Green olives 50 gr.
  • Canned Roasted Red Pepper
  • Mayonnaise 200 gr.

Difficulty : Medium

  • Total time 40 mins.
  • Elaboration 20 min.
  • Cooking 20 mins.
  1. Boil the potato and carrots in water for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the peas.
  2. In another saucepan, boil 2 hard-boiled eggs.
  3. In a bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork. Set the egg white aside.
  4. Cut the potato and carrots into small squares. Crush the egg white.
  5. Add the whole thing with the peas, olives and tuna.
  6. Mix the preparation with the mayonnaise.
  7. Arrange two red peppers on the dish.

Recommendations: Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before consuming.
