Ingredients for 4 persons)
  • 600 gr. minced pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 100 gr. of bread
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • flour
  • 500 gr. tomato coulis
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

  • Preparation 30 min.
  • Cooking 25 min.
  1. In a salad bowl, mix the ground meat, eggs, bread soaked in milk, parsley and chopped garlic to make the stuffing.
  2. Add salt and pepper and leave to rest for 1 hour.
  3. Make meatballs with the stuffing.
  4. Roll the meatballs in flour and fry them for 5 minutes in hot oil.
  5. Remove the meatballs and place them on absorbent paper.
  6. In a saucepan, heat the tomato coulis, then place the meatballs in it. Leave to simmer gently for ten minutes.
    Serve very hot.
