  1. Cut the lamb shoulder into pieces.
  2. Brown these pieces of meat in a fire-safe earthenware dish. Salt and pepper.
  3. As soon as the meat is browned on all sides, add the sliced ​​onions and the peppers cut into strips.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Leave to brown for a few moments, pour in the glass of white wine, then the glass of red wine, and finally a glass of water.
