This lomo is produced by DR1855 (Dehesas reunidas), which has been working with pigs since 1855. It is one of the most renowned producers in Spain. In 2022, they won the silver medal for the best Ibérico Bellota ham from Pedroches.

This acorn-fed Iberian product from Los Pedroches comes from Iberian pigs raised in the pastures of Villanueva de Córdoba, with 100% Iberian purity. During the montanera season, the animals are fed exclusively on acorns and grass. It is handmade and has a minimum maturation time of 36 months.
